On Wed., Nov. 18, Shoreline’s Honda PACT program graduated 11 students from its 2-year program. All 11 graduated students are fully employed in a Honda or Acura dealership. Several of the students came to Honda after completing Shoreline’s GST (General Service Technician) program.
Shoreline’s Dr. Cheryl Roberts, Dan Fey, Michael Boehm and instructor Bob Biesiedzinski were all in attendance at the graduation.
Shoreline was also honored by the attendance of Lenora Jackson, American Honda Technical Training Manager, and Winston Morgan, American Honda Industry Education Assistant Manager along with Monte Wolverton, American Honda Portland Training Center Coordinator.
“We pride ourselves on providing these students with a world-class education,” said Michael Boehm, Director of Dealer Services & Manufacturer Relations for Shoreline’s Professional Automotive Training Center – Dealer Academy. “And we’re infinitely proud of them for completing Shoreline’s rigorous, hands-on training. These students are more than ready to take their place as stars in the automotive field.”
Graduates of Shoreline’s Automotive program enjoy an employment rate of nearly 100% and graduate as highly trained automotive technicians able to work in a high tech industry.
